COOKING

1. CHEESE PIZZA

How to make the pizza dough. Use half a packet of Aragonesa flour, special flour for pizzas. Heat 125 ml water and mix with flour for 1 minute. Add two spoonfuls of olive oil, a little bit of salt and oregano. Mix for 3 minutes. Leave the dough for 20 minutes.

Pre-heat the oven 200 ºC.

Meanwhile prepare the topping. Prepare a tomato sauce with grated onion and tomato, add a little bit of salt.
Extend the dough. Put the tomato sauce, the onion, shredded Mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, and goat cheese.

Cook pizza for 30 minutes.

2. GRANDMOTHER'S CAKE:

YOU NEED:

1 lemon yoghurt
Taking the yoghurt as one measure
2 measures of sugar
3 eggs
1/2 measure of olive oil
1 envelope of Royal baking power


Before starting, preheat the oven to 180C. Mix together the yoghurt, sugar and the yolks (yellow part of the eggs). Add the flour, salt and baking powder. Mix well, then add the oil . Whip the whites of the eggs. Add to the mixture.
Put butter or special cooking paper on the pan . Pour the mixture into the pan.
Cook for 25 minutes.

This is a good cake for breakfast, or for a snack.

3. Pancakes or Crepes

1/2 flour
1 egg
200 ml of water
milk
chocolate

Put the flour in the bowl with the water. After, put the egg in the bowl and mix everything.
Then put the milk in the bowl. Put the mix in the frying pan, and put the chocolate in the pancakes or crepes.
